- papa bear po-where everythings the same except prior to the movie mr.ping sends po to a market to get groceries and po comes back with actual baby lei lei and adopts her
- negative po-where shen decides against killing the pandas and instead uses his canon knowledge to help china which means po never becomes the dragon warrior and other bad stuff happens and this is based on the fact that the original concept for po was him to be hateable and not a fan of kung fu
- jade personification po- some thing that me and infini-tree have been working on where the third movie is basically a sorta zombie jade solider apocalypse and everything just hurts and you can see more info here
- evil po- po is the bad guy and your basic good and bad switch
